What is coaching?
Coaching utilizes psychological and emotional approaches to create sustainable practices. One's wellness journey can be lonely. I join you on this journey.
Not Personal Training?
It is challenging to gain motivation and/or find time for physical activity. Trainers provide instruction and exercise plans. As your coach, I gain an understanding of your life commitments and assist you in navigating those commitments, while focusing on your well-being. Have you struggled to achieve fitness goals or sustain results due to various life commitments? I work with you to devise feasible goals. When you experience challenges, I am there; working with you to rebound. Enhanced well-being enables you to be the best partner, parent, and/or professional.
